Q. How do I join Avon?

A. We are looking for personal shoppers, friends and family reps, catalogue distributors, Online sellers, sellers to bulk buy and sell abroad, market traders and team Leaders

Q. How much does It cost to join Avon?

A. it is FREE to join, however you will need to choose a kit to get started these start at £9 and include all your brochures.
You do not need to pay for the kit for !3 days so nothing to pay upfront. There are often reduced joining offers, so please contact us for more info on those.

Q. Do I have to cover an area?

A. Not if you don’t want to. You can sell entirely online or you can run your Avon account for your own personal use or share with friends and family family (networking) representatives. We do have areas available for those that would like to work roads locally and expand their customer lists.

Q Can I sell online?

A We have many reps who choose to sell online only, of course you can share brochures too. Avon gives you your own online shop for you to share on social media to get sales. Plus a digital brochure to share and Avon will deliver these parcels for you.

Q. Do I need to drive as an Avon Rep?

A. No

Q. Do I have to attend Avon meetings?

A. No, however, we have regular local AVON Meetings that you will be welcome to attend. They are informal get-togethers where you can meet up with Avon’s local managers, representatives & sales leaders. They offer support, training and great ideas on how to grow your business.

Q Do you offer training?

A We have a comprehensive training and development section on the Avon connects website.

Q. How much will I earn with Avon?

A. You can earn up to 30% in commission from all your customer’s orders. Basically, the higher your total order the higher your earnings.

Q. How will I get paid by Avon?

A. AVON sends you the products ordered and you distribute to your customers
You collect the money from your customers when you deliver the orders
Then you pay AVON for the goods and keep the rest of the money yourself or when you sell online direct to your customers Avon pays the commissions to your Avon account and it can then be transferred to your bank

Q. What is the difference between becoming an Avon Rep and an Avon Sales Leader?

A. Joining as an Avon Rep, means finding and serving your own customer base & earning a commission on your sales. Becoming a sales leader means you will recruit, train and support your own team of Independent AVON representatives, earning from their sales, and then from their team’s sales, then their teams’ team’s sales as your business grows.

Q. What kind of support can i expect?

A. You will receive as much support and guidance as you need. When you join, AVON offers training and support to get you started. This is from your independent Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager. Or both!

Q. How and when do I pay Avon for my order?

A. You can pay for your Avon order at your local Post Office or HSBC Bank as Avon will send you an invoice with a simple Giro slip at the bottom for you to take with you & pay cash over the counter. Or, you can pay On-Line when you place your next order to Avon, or even call Avon & pay over the phone, simple!

Q. Can I miss an Avon campaign if needed?

A. Yes, although its unlikely you will miss a campaign as you will always need brochures or just a product or too for yourself.

Q. How often do I have to place an order?

A. The Avon brochure changes every Month, You can order anytime within the month and as often as you like.
Weekly if you choose.

Q. Do I have to pay for deliveries or returns?

A. Your first order each campaign is FREE if over £30 & your returns are simply passed to your delivery driver to take back to Avon Free of charge

Q. Can I return a used Avon product?

A. Yes, Avon has a 28 day money back guarantee for you & your customers. When you take a product from a customer for whatever reason you can give them their money back on the doorstep & take the cost of the product to you OFF what you owe Avon. Avon have over 15 reason codes to return a product its easy.

Q. can i get my orders quicker

A. Yes Avon now offer an Express delivery service. which is delivered next day if ordered before 10am.
